Shunt Driver
Job Description
Higgs Transportation has an immediate opening for a full time yard shunt driver. This is a 4 days on, 4 days off position working 10 hours day shifts. The week day shifts are 4:00 am to 2:00 pm weekend shifts are 9:00 am to 7:00pm. Duties include the operation of a yard shunt truck moving loaded and empty trailers around the yard as required by the shipping office.

Hourly pay will start between $21 and $24 per hour depending on experience
Applicants must have a valid class 1A with good backing and equipment operation skills.
Applicants will be required to complete a road test and pre-employment substance screening.
