Showroom Supervisor.

As the Showroom Supervisor, you will oversee daily operations within the showroom, ensuring a positive customer experience and maintaining high standards of product presentation. You will lead and motivate the showroom team, and manage inventory, to meet and exceed performance goals. Your role includes training/advising staff, monitoring sales performance, and collaborating with management to enhance showroom efficiency. Exceptional customer service skills, strong leadership abilities, and a passion for the products are essential to succeed in this position.

Wage is $29.00 per hour, plus commission and may be scaled with relevant education and/or experience.

Duties and Responsibilities:



Building and maintaining successful and motivated teams Responsible for employee training with systems and procedures Conducting weekly meetings, share, communicate, encourage participation Conduct employee performance reviews / report to management Maintain employee work schedules Responsible for showroom cleanliness and overall appearance Dealing with customer complaints and issues Quarterback between homeowners/designers/installers/vendors & team mates Create positive experiences & lasting relationships throughout the wholesale/retail

Essential:



Completion of Grade 12 Minimum 2 years previous plumbing sales experience Ability to work in a fast paced environment Sales driven and goal oriented Excellent written and verbal communication skills Basic computer skills and the ability to use a point-of-sale system Ability to build relationships with customers Excellent interpersonal skills
