The Role

We're looking for a motivated

Showroom Sales & Design Representative

to join our team. You'll be the first point of contact for clients -- guiding homeowners, designers, and builders through product selection, design options, and project planning.

What You'll Do

Welcome and assist showroom clients, understanding their needs Present stone options (marble, quartz, granite, etc.) and provide tailored solutions Build relationships with designers, architects, and builders Prepare quotes, provide samples, and support project decisions Track sales activity in CRM and meet monthly targets Stay up to date on design trends and competitor offerings Represent Crown Marble at trade shows and networking events
What we're looking for

Sales or design experience (stone, tile, or interiors a plus) Strong communication and customer service skills Creative, organized, and self-motivated Comfortable with CRM tools and Microsoft Office A passion for design and helping clients create beautiful spaces

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $40,000.00 per year

Kitchen and bath , Stone industry Flooring : 4 years (required)
