Showroom & Brands Consultant

Montreal, QC/ Full-time (Fully On-Site)

Pay Range $22.11 - $29.48

Your responsibilities

The Showroom and Brands Consultant will provide exemplary customer service to consumers and trades. He she will demonstrate expertise in product knowledge and be familiar with experiential marketing activities and capable of presenting information to clients and small groups. This role will be responsible for daily consultations, assistance with event coordination, trade outreach and assigned projects and reporting as relevant to showroom activities.

  • Acts as showroom brand ambassador for Bosch, Thermador and Gaggenau brands, facilitating showroom appointments and event experiences.
  • Understands BSH brands and products and is able to explain and demonstrate features and benefits in varying lifestyle applications. Support this function with a commitment to continued product learning.
  • Responsive to consumer inquiries and requests with solutions focused approach, escalating as needed to the Regional Marketing Manager.
  • Partners with internal and external stakeholders to help close sales cycle, including follow-up with client and provision of resources and specifications.
  • Manages and provides updates to showroom calendars and events schedules, using available CRM tools and BSH identified systems.
  • Gathers information and resources from available BSH sources to integrate into client product presentations
  • Maintains designer data base relevant to Trade programs
  • Promotes BSH trade program benefits, and is responsive to members\xe2\x80\x99 inquiries, registrations and experience
  • Assists in maintaining the showroom appearance, inventory and displays
  • Compliant with organizations purchasing, accounting and data keeping policies
  • Assists with the execution of showrooms activities (virtual or in person) including events, culinary demonstrations and sales and training activities as directed
  • Assists in the assembly and distribution of promotional materials
Your profile
  • High-School Diploma \xe2\x80\x93 Required
  • 0-2 Years of Experience (Appliance industry) \xe2\x80\x93 Required
  • 3-5 Years of Experience (Appliance industry) \xe2\x80\x93 Preferred
  • 3-5 Years of Experience (Experience in marketing, events, retail or similar industry, appliance industry preferred, retail or manufacturing) \xe2\x80\x93 Required
  • Organized, detail oriented and effective communicator
  • Capable of learning technical information and relaying to client demographic
  • Comfortable with public speaking with an understanding of the luxury market clientele
  • Ability to use MS Office programs (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for administrative competency
  • Salesforce or CRM experience an asset
  • Knowledge of kitchen appliances and a familiarity with culinary activations
  • Bilingual in French and English (English only if not in Quebec)
  • Post-Secondary education in marketing, business or client relations preferred
  • Travel Percentage \xe2\x80\x93 10%
