What you will do...

• Pull merchandise for shows, pre-production photography, web, digital recordings, special events and video server
• Inspect, prep and ensure merchandise meets quality and standards
• Assemble new product
• Consolidate Inventory to accommodate space restrictions
• Pull merchandise for return to vendor claims
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Collaborating with working partners

What you will bring...

• Able to use Microsoft Word, Excel, ScriptSure and Outlook in executing daily showroom tasks
• Able to process and receive new product as on-air show samples following SOP\'s
• Ensure on-air merchandise are pulled and prepped within the assigned efficiency and quality targets set
• Ensure all products are in air-worthy condition and returned to the correct locations after live shows while ensuring control forms are included with complex items
• Ensure Return to vendor claims are pulled and processed within the assigned efficiency and quality targets
• Prepare, assemble products where needed, and ensure they are on-air worthy
• Be able to lift up to 50 pounds
• Ensure Showroom is left secured at the end of the shift
• Compliant with all Health & Safety Rules and Regulations
• Ensure we are aligned to support working partners (Merchants, TV Sales & Production, scenic and National Distribution Centre)
• Able to work rotation shifts including weekends
• Provide front desk services for our internal customers
