We are seeking a dedicated

Operations Associate

to support the daily functions of our organization

Thursdays-Sundays from 11am-4pm

. This role involves coordinating various operational activities to ensure smooth and efficient business processes. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. This role involves regular travel between properties and hands-on tasks. It is well-suited for individuals looking for an

Duties



Support the team by providing administrative assistance and maintaining customer satisfaction during the designated shift hours with delivery of supplies, repair appliances/fixtures/wifi troubleshooting upon guest requests. Support data entry, record keeping, and documentation tasks to ensure accuracy and compliance Collaborate with team members to identify process improvements and implement best practices Transport and deliver supplies, linens, and small appliances to rental units as requested by the admin team. Contribute to maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment Complete basic home upkeep such as changing light bulbs, tightening loose screws, and replacing worn batteries in remotes or keypads Report damages, missing items, or larger maintenance concerns to the property management team promptly.

Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively, and Ability to follow instructions and document completed tasks accurately Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Customer Service / People skills Ability to work independently as well as part of a team Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities Safe driving skills and familiarity with navigating multiple locations Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and work under pressure Basic computer and mobile app proficiency (property management software, messaging apps)

Are you legally authorized to work in Canada? Do you have a valid driver's license and reliable access to a vehicle? Are you comfortable performing hands-on tasks such as carrying supplies, restocking, light maintenance (changing a light bulb, fixing a loose handle), and basic troubleshooting? This role requires regular travel between properties and entering units independently. Are you able to work independently and manage your time effectively? Are you available for flexible scheduling, including occasional evenings or weekends if guest needs arise? Do you have previous experience in any of the following areas? Hospitality or oHospitality or AIRBNB/STR operations
oProperty maintenance or handyman tasks
oCustomer service or guest support
oLogistics, deliveries, or field operations
oNone of the above (experience not required)

Are you comfortable communicating with guests in a professional and friendly manner when dropping off items or resolving property issues? This role requires efficiency and the ability to respond to tasks quickly (e.g., restocking items, addressing guest requests). Are you able to reliably fulfill same-day tasks when needed? Do you own a smartphone and are you comfortable using apps for task tracking, messaging, and taking photos when needed? Please briefly describe why you believe you would be a good fit for this role.
