Duties

Prepare and cook a variety of menu items according to established recipes and standards Serve customers efficiently and courteously, ensuring a positive dining experience Handle food with proper safety and sanitation practices in accordance with health regulations Assist in food preparation tasks such as chopping, mixing, and assembling dishes Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including equipment and utensils Follow food safety protocols at all times to prevent contamination or spoilage Support team members during busy periods by managing multiple responsibilities seamlessly Ensure all food handling procedures comply with industry standards and restaurant policies

Qualifications

Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or kitchen environments preferred Knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and meal assembly Familiarity with food handling safety standards and sanitation practices Strong serving skills with the ability to provide excellent customer service Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail Excellent communication skills and teamwork orientation Basic understanding of the food industry trends and standards Flexibility to work various shifts, including peak hours as needed
