Duties

Prepare and cook meals according to established recipes and guidelines. Ensure all food handling practices comply with health and safety regulations. Assist in the setup and breakdown of kitchen stations before and after service. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including proper storage of food items. Collaborate with team members to deliver high-quality service during meal periods. Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies as needed. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests and addressing their needs promptly.

Experience

Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred. Familiarity with food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and food safety standards. Strong understanding of kitchen operations and equipment usage. Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset are essential for success in this role.
