We are looking for:
- Dynamic & enthusiastic individuals who can provide quality customer service.
- A well-groomed, friendly, and outgoing demeanor.
- Someone who enjoys working in a diverse fast paced and ever- changing environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Grouping guests as they disembark from the cruise ships.
- Report to the Shorex Pier Supervisor and help prepare for dispatch all guest.
- Assist with greeting guests and directing to proper bus, joining guests on their tour, and enhancing guest experience.
- Ensuring all guests are accounted for while on bus and tour.
- Facilitating timely return and experience with all guests.
- Prior experience as tour guide or working with tourists very helpful
- Able to work flexible schedule (work shifts, based on cruise ship schedules)
- Friday and Saturday evenings a must
- English speaking mandatory and other languages advantageous.
