The Headlines:
In the role of Shopper Execution Executive working in Toronto, you will be part of the Ontario Sales Team. This position reports to the Senior Customer Solutions Manager, will work closely with Sales and Brand teams as well as the Customer Solutions Teams, ensuring seamless execution of strategies, field sales tools and all in-store activations for our customers.

The Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for leading all in-store executions at LCBO, The Beer Store, Grocery and Retail Partners and is one of the major supporters of the Planning and Development Manager
  • Hold a robust understanding of the shopping environment and know the best way to create disruption and conversion with shoppers.
  • Master the principles of shopper behaviour and the in-store experience to develop channel-based solutions that are category positive and deliver the healthiest return on investment possible.
  • Own and maintain activation calendars for brand programs that deliver on commercial priorities including monthly and quarterly sales materials.
  • Localize national retail programs, rooted in shopper expertise, to deliver on customer objectives.
  • Develop promotional packaging for customer specific initiatives.
  • Manage the relationship with TBS and LCBO marketing teams and marketing application responsibilities, including sampling and E-commerce execution.
  • Collaborate with and manage the flow of information between partner functions, most specifically the Key Account Manager and Field Sales Team, to ensuring flawless execution.
  • Develop best in class sell sheets and selling tools for monthly brand solutions.
  • Responsible for the day-to-day management of the budget and identifying cost saving efficiencies. You will need a proactive approach to ensure planning accuracy, YTG forecasting and monthly variance.

  • You have financial acumen and are deadly serious about results and take pride in a proven track record in delivering.

  • You have a bachelor\'s degree in business administration, Marketing or another relevant field.
  • You have a minimum of 3-5 years progressive experience in Sales, Trade Marketing and/or Marketing, preferably within CPG or related industry.
  • You are creative and an innovative thinker.
  • You can build and sustain strong internal/external business relationships.
