Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced

E-Commerce Manager

to lead our online sales operations. The ideal candidate will oversee all aspects of our e-commerce platform, including sales strategies, customer engagement, updating inventory, processing online orders, uploading new products, and website management. This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a comprehensive understanding of b2b and digital marketing. The E-Commerce Manager will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and enhancing the overall customer experience across our digital storefronts.

Duties

Develop and implement effective

sales management

and

marketing strategies

to increase online revenue. Manage and maintain our Shopify store. Oversee

merchandising

pricing

, and

product purchasing

to optimize sales performance. Manage day-to-day operations of the e-commerce platform, including

POS

systems,

cash handling

, and

inventory

. Monitor website analytics, track sales data, and prepare reports to inform strategic decisions. Upload new products with descriptions, pricing, and photos. Perform basic product photography as needed (equipment provided). Provide customer service for online orders. Requirements

Basic computer and technical skills. Experience with Shopify Comfortable working in a warehouse/office environment. Excellent
