EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITY

Shop Utility

Horst Precision Machine (HPD)

Location: Kamloops, BC

Position Status: Permanent, Fulltime

POSITION SUMMARY:

Reporting to the General Manager and Shop Supervisor of HPD, the Shop Utility is responsible for helping staff with shipping and receiving management, saw cutting, material processing and handling, painting and delivery and pick-ups as required. This position is general support to shop staff and management as required.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Ability to operate a forklift, service saw, crane and a wide variety of hand tools

Shop Safety related background a plus

Experience with inventory counts and keeping and maintaining inventory records

Class 5 drivers license with clean driving abstract required

Basic computer skills is essential
