```Duties```
Supervise, plan, and coordinate the work schedules for mechanics responsible for truck repairs.
Create and track work schedules, ensuring tasks are aligned with other departments' activities.
Oversee the purchasing and inventory management of truck parts required for repairs.
Ensure timely payment for all parts ordered.
Gather repair specifications from customers and verify that the work meets these requirements.
Identify work-related issues and recommend solutions to improve productivity and efficiency.
Arrange training or organize sessions for staff development.
Advise on staffing decisions, including hiring and promotions.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and verify that employees use proper personal protective equipment (PPE) during repairs.
Prepare reports on schedules, parts management, progress, expenses, and other related matters.
Manage the daily operations of the company.
Ensure proper safety checks and inspections are carried out during the repair process.
Collect feedback from clients after repairs and address any concerns promptly.
Oversee, organize, and delegate tasks to mechanics and workers involved in the repair process.
