Summary

As a Shop Manager at BROWNLEE EQUIPMENT, you will oversee daily operations within our shop, ensuring a seamless experience for customers and staff alike. This role is vital in maintaining our reputation for outstanding service while driving sales and managing inventory effectively.

Responsibilities

Manage daily shop operations, including staff supervision and customer service. Develop and implement strategies to enhance service performance. Train and mentor staff on best practices in customer interaction and product knowledge. Handle administrative tasks related to service department. ie: opening & closing work orders, invoicing customers, etc. Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and collaboration. Work closely with the rental, parts and sales departments to ensure proper flow of work.

Requirements

Proven experience in shop management or a similar role within the equipment industry.

Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

Excellent service skill knowledge with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets. Bilingualism is an asset, enhancing communication with diverse customers. Familiarity with agricultural or industrial equipment is preferred.
