Responsibilities

Assist with the setup and cleanup of job sites, ensuring a safe and organized work environment. Perform manual labor tasks including lifting, carrying, and moving materials as needed. Operate basic hand tools and power tools safely and effectively. Follow instructions from supervisors and contribute to team efforts in completing projects on time. Maintain equipment and tools in good working condition by performing routine checks and reporting any issues. Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and your coworkers.

Qualifications

Previous experience in labor or construction-related roles is preferred but not required. Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) and perform physically demanding tasks throughout the day. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality workmanship. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to follow directions accurately. Willingness to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities as needed. A positive attitude and the ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
