Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks to support our operations, ensuring that projects are completed efficiently and safely. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic.

Duties

Assist with the setup and teardown of job sites, ensuring all materials and tools are organized and accessible. Perform general labor tasks including digging, lifting, carrying, and moving materials as needed. Operate basic hand tools and power tools safely and effectively. Follow safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment for yourself and your coworkers. Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time while adhering to quality standards. Maintain cleanliness of the work area by disposing of waste materials properly and keeping tools organized.

Requirements

Previous experience in a labor-intensive role is preferred but not required. Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 50 pounds regularly. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately. Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude towards collaboration. Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to various tasks as needed. Must be able to work in various weather conditions, including heat, cold, rain, or snow.
