Position: Shop Labourer Position Type: Full time Location: Prince George, Western Star Work Schedule: Four days on, four days off Closing Date: May 3, 2023, at 4:00 pm PT
First Truck is looking for a SHOP LABOURER who has a mechanical aptitude and sights on becoming a Mechanic. We believe in TRAINING our employees and PROMOTING from within the organization, creating a culture that believes in fostering a better tomorrow. Compensation Plan
- Competitive Base wage from $18.00
- Employer-paid technical training as required

- Upkeep of shop tooling, shop equipment, and general maintenance
- General building repairs
- Daily shop clean up
- Assist Mechanics with repairs as required
- Desire to have a career as a Mechanic
- Proven ability of maintaining a clean and organized workplace
- Self-starter and able to work independently
- Ability to work in a physical capacity including heavy lifting and using hand tools
- Ability to work outside in all weather conditions
- Valid Class 5 Driver\'s License
