Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing various tasks, in the production of ropes and cables for the logging and construction industies. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety in the workplace.

We will provide on the job training.

Responsibilities

Measuring, cutting, splicing, pressing, grading wire ropes and chains. Perform general maintenance and cleaning duties in the shop. Operate hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently. Follow instructions from supervisors to complete tasks accurately. Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency.
Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines.

Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines while on-site.

Requirements

Positive attitude . Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) and perform physical tasks for extended periods. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow directions accurately. Willingness to work in various weather conditions and environments. Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team setting. A valid driver's license is a plus but not mandatory.
