Job Summary

We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting various manual tasks across our work facility, ensuring efficient workflow and maintaining a safe work environment. Responsibilities

Assist with loading and unloading materials and equipment Prepare work areas by cleaning, organizing, and setting up tools and supplies Support skilled tradespeople with basic tasks as directed Perform general labor duties Follow safety protocols to maintain a secure work environment Maintain cleanliness of shop facility throughout the day Operate basic tools and machinery as required, following proper safety procedures

Qualifications

Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods Basic mechanical understanding Strong work ethic with attention to safety and detail Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions effectively Prior experience in construction, landscaping, or general labor is a plus but not required Valid drivers license, reliable transportation and punctuality are essential Ability to work well independently or as part of a team Basic knowledge of safety procedures related to manual labor roles is preferred
