Job Description
Trochu Motors is looking to add a full-time Shop Hand to our team who is a reliable, detail-oriented, team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic. Providing general support for workshop operations, the successful candidate will handle tasks such as general cleaning and sweeping of our shops, yard maintenance (snow removal and grass cutting), assisting technicians as needed, while ensuring a safe, efficient environment. Previous experience operating farm machinery is an asset but not required as training will be provided.

Adhering to safety protocols, wearing PPE, and maintaining a safe workspace.Physical Ability:
Capable of lifting heavy items (up to 60 lbs), bending, stooping, and standing for long periods.Communication:
Good listening skills and clear verbal communication to follow directions.Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED
Valid Class 5 driver's license and clean abstract.
