As the Shop Foreperson, youll be the go-to person for running the daily operations. Youll make sure everythings running smoothly, from scheduling repairs to keeping the shop organized and safe. Got leadership skills and heavy-duty truck know-how? Perfect! Youll lead, train, and support a team of techs who count on you to get the job done right. Plus, youll work alongside service writers to keep our customers happy and in the loop.What Youll Do:

• Lead, train, and motivate a team of awesome technicians

• Keep the workflow smooth and fast with smart scheduling

• Dive in with your technical skills to help diagnose and repair trucks

• Communicate like a pro with customers and service writers

• Review and finalize repair orders to make sure everythings top-notch

• Keep the shop safe, organized, and ready for action

• Implement new maintenance procedures and keep the quality sky-high

• Help your team grow with training and continuous learning

Required Qualifications :What You Bring:

• Heavy Duty Equipment Technician Red Seal preferred

• Previous leadership experience preferred

• Estimating skills/experience would be an asset

• Strong technical background in diagnosing and repairing heavy-duty trucks

• Excellent communication skills to lead your team and interact with clients

• Detail-oriented mindset with a passion for quality work

• You know your way around shop management software and computers
