Location: Norland Ave, Burnaby

What We're Looking For:

Proven leadership experience and a "yes we can" mindset Ability to schedule, delegate, and manage workflow effectively Solid attendance, reliability, and focus on quality & timelines Experience in custom commercial millwork production Skilled with a full range of woodworking tools and equipment Strong ability to read and interpret internal shop drawings A proactive problem-solver who removes roadblocks for their team

Schedule management: 4 years (preferred) professional ARCHITECTURAL MILLWORK: 6 years (preferred) supervisory/team management: 4 years (preferred)
