Job Overview
CMP Manufacturing is looking for an experienced and motivated Shop Foreman to lead our production team. The ideal candidate is hands-on, dependable, and ready to take charge of daily shop operations -- ensuring quality, safety, and efficiency in everything we do.
What You'll Do:
Supervise and coordinate daily shop activities and staff Ensure production schedules and quality standards are met Train, support, and motivate team members Maintain a safe, organized, and efficient work environment Communicate with management on project timelines and staffing needs Troubleshoot and solve issues on the floor as they arise
What We're Looking For:
Proven leadership experience in a manufacturing or fabrication setting Strong mechanical and technical background Excellent communication and team management skills Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement Ability to read and interpret technical drawings or blueprints
