is looking for a

Working Shop Foreman

! As the Shop Foreman, you will be responsible for overseeing daily shop operations, supporting our technicians, and ensuring high-quality repairs and service work. This is a dual role, you'll continue to work on vehicles while also coordinating workflow, diagnosing complex issues, and being a go-to leader for the service team.


Key Responsibilities



Perform diagnostics and complex repairs alongside the technician team Dispatch work effectively to ensure productivity and shop efficiency Act as the primary technical resource for technicians and advisors Maintain quality control by reviewing work and test-driving vehicles Collaborate with the Service Manager and Advisors to manage repair timelines and customer expectations Mentor, coach, and support technician development Help manage workflow, shop cleanliness, and safety compliance Assist with roadblocks or escalated repair challenges

Qualifications



Red Seal Automotive Technician certification Minimum 5 years of experience as an automotive technician Previous experience in a leadership or dispatch role preferred Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills Excellent organizational, communication, and team leadership abilities Ability to lead by example with a hands-on approach A valid driver's license and clean driving record
