Driver/Shop Assistant

Established Mid-sized Commercial Millwork Company located in northside Edmonton. We are looking for a Driver/Shop Assistant to join our expanding team with the following requirements as a full-time employee. This is a permanent Monday - Friday full time position. Work is local at our shop in Edmonton.

Duties:

Loading/unloading cabinets Put away incoming material Assist shop personnel in manufacturing activities Housekeeping activities including equipment Skid Pallet Jack Chaining down equipment and using ratchet straps Cleaning equipment Loading and unloading pallets from racking Assisting Tradesmen and Subtrades with various projects Requirements Clean Class 5 Driver's license (preferred but not mandatory) Previous experience in loading/operating a 1-ton cube van is an asset Willing to work overtime Organized and self motivated Reliable transportation Benefits are included after a probationary period. Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
