Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Shop Helper to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in the repair and overhaul process of aviation components. This position requires excellent communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced setting. As a Shop Helper, we will provide training and opportunities to expand your skillset to support the overall operations of the company.
Duties
Initial and final cleaning aircraft parts Shipping receiving. Maintain an organized and clean shop environment. Prepping parts for plasma spray Help in cleaning and prepping parts for plating. Deburring aircraft parts using hand tools. Assist other employees in their duties where needed. Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations throughout the shop.
Skills
Use of hand tools and blasting cabinets. Basic math skills. Proficient in reading and writing English. Must be able to work with others. Excellent organizational skills to manage tasks efficiently in a busy environment. Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with employees. Attention to detail.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $25.00-$29.00 per hour
