About the Role

We are seeking a reliable, organized, and motivated

Shop Assistant

to join our team. This position plays a key role in supporting our technicians and service department to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate is proactive, hardworking, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Assist technicians with shop organization and workflow Clean and maintain shop areas, tools, and equipment Move vehicles in and out of service bays Help maintain parts inventory and restock supplies Dispose of waste materials in accordance with safety guidelines Support service staff with general tasks as needed Perform basic shop duties such as sweeping, garbage removal, and equipment setup Ensure a safe, tidy, and efficient work environment

Qualifications

Strong work ethic and willingness to learn Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Good communication and teamwork skills Valid driver's license with a clean record (preferred) Previous shop or maintenance experience considered an asset, but not required Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks
