Job Description
Viberg is currently seeking motivated and detail-oriented individuals to join our team of skilled shoemakers at our Victoria, BC factory. This is a full-time position ideal for candidates who are hands-on, eager to learn, and ready to contribute to a collaborative production environment.
What We're Looking For:
We're looking for individuals who are:
Comfortable working with their hands Willing to learn and operate a variety of machinery Positive, dependable, and adaptable - a true "can-do" attitude is essential
While prior experience is an asset, training will be provided. What matters most is a strong work ethic and a willingness to support different aspects of the shoemaking process.
Key Responsibilities May Include:
Operating machines such as sanders and pressers Sole stitching, welting, attaching midsoles, heels, and outsoles Edge trimming, sanding, buffing, and finishing work Preparing component parts for assembly
Work Environment:
This role is based in a factory setting, requiring attention to detail, manual dexterity, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
