Job Overview:
As a Shipping/Receiving Warehouse Associate at our Child Care Agency, you will play a vital role in our mission to support children and families.
Responsibilities:
Receiving:
Inspect all received goods for damage, discrepancies, and quality issues. Verify purchase orders against packing slips and invoices to ensure accuracy. Accurately record received items into the inventory management system.
Shipping & Order Fulfillment:
Pick and pack orders accurately based on requisitions from various child care centers or departments. Prepare shipping documents, including labels, bills of lading, and customs forms if necessary. Handle all products, particularly those destined for children, with a high degree of care and hygiene.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in all tasks.
Reliable, punctual, and possesses a strong work ethic.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $21.97-$25.84 per hour
Expected hours: 18 per week
