We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Shipping/Receiving & Warehouse Associate to join our team in a textile manufacturing environment focused on body armor products. This role plays a key part in ensuring the accurate flow of materials and finished goods through our facility. You'll be responsible for shipping, receiving, packaging, and inventory management--with a strong focus on quality and care, knowing that the products we produce may one day help save lives.
Key Responsibilities:
Receive and inspect incoming materials and components for accuracy and quality
Log receipts and delivery shipments using our ERP system
Assemble finished products into complete, well-organized packages according to precise guidelines
Prepare, label, and organize outbound shipments to meet delivery schedules
Maintain accurate inventory records and stock locations within the ERP system
Handle materials with care to avoid damage and preserve product integrity
Keep the warehouse and packing areas clean, organized, and safe
Participate in inventory counts and support inventory control processes
Coordinate with production and quality control to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment
Uphold our company's high-quality standards--especially given the life-saving nature of our products
Adhere to all internal safety guidelines and standard operating procedures
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED required
Prior experience in shipping/receiving, warehouse, or manufacturing preferred
Experience with ERP systems for inventory and order management strongly preferred
Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow written instructions
Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for long periods, and perform repetitive tasks
Comfortable using basic technology and able to learn internal systems quickly
Punctual, dependable, and team-oriented
Strong sense of ownership and responsibility, especially in handling sensitive protective equipment
Working Conditions:
Warehouse/manufacturing environment with exposure to machinery and varying temperatures
Monday-Friday schedule with occasional overtime based on production needs
PPE may be required and will be provided

Pay: $19.00-$21.00 per hour
