Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Shipping and Receiving Clerk to join our dynamic team. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse and distribution processes. The ideal candidate will have experience in shipping and receiving, as well as familiarity with warehouse management systems. This position requires a proactive approach to order fulfillment, stocking, and inventory management.

Responsibilities

Manage the shipping and receiving processes, ensuring accurate order fulfillment and timely dispatch of goods. Operate forklifts, reach trucks, and pallet jacks to load and unload shipments safely. Perform picking and packing duties for orders, ensuring items are correctly packaged for shipment. Maintain organization within the warehouse, including stocking shelves and managing inventory. Collaborate with team members to optimize warehouse distribution operations. Conduct regular inventory counts as needed. Ensure compliance with safety protocols while operating equipment and handling materials. Able to handle administrative tasks and assist shop manager where needed.

Experience

Previous experience in a warehouse environment is preferred, particularly in shipping & receiving roles. Proficiency in basic math skills for inventory management and order processing. Experience with packaging, order picking, and fulfillment processes is highly desirable. Ability to work effectively while maintaining attention to detail. Pay: $22.00-$25.00 per hour
