Well established food production plant requires billing staff for the current season. Duties include invoicing customer orders, liaising with customers to arrange payment and answer any queries, processing payments, filing and general office duties. Calling customers to make shipping arrangements and take personal information. Data entry of sport orders. Boxing up orders and creating shipments.
Accuracy and timeliness are of the essence. Applicants should possess excellent oral and written communication skills and computer experience is a must. On the job training provided. The position is full-time and seasonal.
