In this role, you will primarily work in the Logistics department packing and preparing product and materials to be shipped to customers and suppliers; as well as working in the Receiving area to process new shipments arriving in the facility. • Primarily working in the Logistics department packing and preparing product and materials to be shipped to customers and suppliers; as well as working in the Receiving area to process new shipments arriving in the facility
• Required to frequently handle a broad range of items from very delicate optical components to larger heavier items
• Role can be physically demanding and requires standing for extended periods of time during the shift
• Expected to work from established work instructions and in some cases required to create new work instructions
• Required to process transactions in ERP LN

Qualifications & Experience:

• Completion of Ontario Secondary School Diploma or equivalent
• Post-Secondary or technical school training program preferred
• Demonstrated competency working in a manufacturing environment for a minimum of 1-2 years
• Must have basic computer skills and experience working within a Microsoft Office environment including knowledge of Windows, Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Experience using a manufacturing ERP system and specifically ERP LN is definite asset for this position
