The Details
This is a seasonal position that kicks off on November 15th and extends until the end of the year. At the end of the season, there is potential for a permanant positions to become available. This role encompasses all three 3 shifts days (6:30am-2:30pm), afternoons (2:30pm-10:30pm), and nights (10:30pm-6:30am) and pays $19.05/hr. Our plant operates 7 days a week, so you\'ll need to be open to working weekends as well. This position offers up to 40 hours per week, and overtime opportunities may arise depending on business needs.

Responsibilities


  • Setting Up Machinery: Ensure all production materials are available
  • Operating and Monitoring Equipment: Keep a watchful eye on equipment and replenish materials as necessary.
  • Quality Control: Visually inspect production runs and diligently document results
  • Problem-Solving: Identify and report malfunctions to appropriate parties
  • Maintain Cleanliness: Take pride in keeping equipment and your designated area spotless.
  • Compliance: Follow regulatory and company policies and procedures diligently.
  • Physical Engagement: This role involves standing for extended periods, walking, lifting, climbing, crouching, bending, reaching and stooping


Qualifications


  • Education: High School Diploma or GED preferred
  • Experience: 1-3 year of general work experience required, with prior production/manufacturing machine operation being a plus.
  • Safety: Level 2 first aid preffered.
  • Technical Skills: You should be able to operate manufacturing equipment
  • Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods of time and complete repetitive tasks
  • Tech-Savvy: Knowledge of industrial technology a plus
