to support our daily operations in the

Shipping, Assembly, and Paint Departments

The Job: Shipping & General Labourer

As a Shipping & General Labourer, you'll support daily shipping, receiving, and general labour tasks within the shop. You'll prepare and package finished products, assist with computer documentation, and help keep operations organized and efficient.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with shipping and receiving - packaging, labelling, loading, and unloading trucks. Complete and maintain shipping documentation (delivery slips, BOLs, carrier forms). Use a computer for data entry, tracking, and communication. Support the Assembly and Paint Departments with general labour tasks (cleaning, moving parts, prepping material, etc.). Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area (3S/5S mindset). Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet deadlines and daily priorities. Uphold MC3's culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in a manufacturing, warehouse, or shipping environment preferred. Comfortable using computers for basic data entry and documentation. Physically capable of lifting and moving materials as required. Reliable, punctual, and takes pride in quality work. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Forklift experience an asset (training available).
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $20.00-$23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 50 per week
