What You'll Do:

Coordinate and manage daily outbound shipments from our manufacturing facility Book, schedule, and track shipments with major couriers (FedEx, UPS, DHL) and freight forwarders Prepare accurate shipping documentation: commercial invoices, customs forms, bills of lading, certificates of origin Ensure compliance with international trade agreements including USMCA/CUSMA Maintain and track shipping data in Oracle ERP and Microsoft Excel Communicate with production, customer service, and purchasing to meet customer and delivery deadlines Monitor freight costs, resolve shipment issues, and support logistics improvements Support hands-on shipping tasks when needed -- includes lifting up to 50 lbs and standing/walking throughout the day
What You Bring:

5+ years of experience in international shipping and export coordination, preferably in a manufacturing setting Strong working knowledge of courier logistics, freight forwarding, and customs processes High proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite -- especially Excel, Outlook, and Word Experience with Oracle ERP or a similar enterprise system Familiarity with Free Trade Agreements, Incoterms, and Harmonized Tariff Schedule codes Excellent communication skills -- clear, professional, and responsive Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment Able to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and perform physical tasks as needed
Nice to Have:

Certifications in WHMIS, TDG Experience reducing shipping costs or improving logistics processes Knowledge of lean or continuous improvement principles
