OBJECTIVE:
Efficiently pick and pack garments and other goods to fulfill customer orders and prepare them for shipment, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company standards.
EVENING SHIFT:
2:00PM - 10:30PMRESPONSIBILITIES:
Accurately pick garments based on customer orders using picking slips or digital systems Pack garments into boxes, including applying invoices and shipping labels Place garments on moveable trolleys for processing Process returned garments and restock items in designated locations Change or remove hang tags and hangers for specific order requirements Perform bulk picking when needed for large orders Conduct inventory counts at scheduled intervals Assist with general warehouse duties as assigned
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
High school diploma or equivalent Strong teamwork skills with a collaborative attitude Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision Organized with attention to detail and accuracy Basic reading and math skills Physical ability to lift, move, and handle inventory (lift, bend and pull)
