Machine Operator

TASKS

Operate forklifts and clamp trucks safely and efficiently to move materials within the warehouse Load and unload shipments, ensuring accurate inventory counts and proper handling of products. Assist with order picking and preparation for shipping as needed. Maintain a clean and organized work environment in compliance with safety regulations. Conduct routine inspections of equipment to ensure safe operation. Collaborate with warehouse staff to optimize workflow and efficiency

QUALIFICATIONS

Must have the ability to lift, push and pull 55lbs High school Diploma or GEDoBe able to work well in a team atmosphere with limited supervision Must have transportation to Headingley, MB - No Public transportation available Must have clear understanding and follow all safety rules & standards Must have good verbal, written, communication and interpersonal skills Ability to read and analyze information Adept at handling multiple complex tasks simultaneously Proficiency with prioritizing and meeting multiple deadlines Excellent time management & organization skills Process Improvement Mindset 2 Years Forklift Experience is as Asset

REMUNERATION / TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT

Pay rate: starting at $18.50 with the opportunity to increase based on performance Opening in Day Shift: 7:30am-4:00pm Health, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Short/Long-term Disability plan after 3 months employment [Health & Dental benefits paid by employer] Generous RRSP/DPSP program for employees after one year of employment.
