, a leader in the region's construction industry, is seeking an experienced

Shipping and Service Coordinator.

The Shipping & Service Coordinator plays a key role in ensuring that customer orders and service work are completed, packaged, and delivered accurately and on time. Acting as the bridge between production, service, and logistics, this position oversees the flow of "Shipping Bills" from creation to completion, ensuring materials are ready, tracked, and delivered efficiently.

Primary responsibilities:

Distribute paperwork ("Shipping Bills") to the appropriate production stations. Track the progress of all Shipping Bills using the Approachdatabase. Identify and monitor delayed or late orders; communicate issues to the relevant Supervisors. Coordinate and prepare service-related materials to ensure readiness for installation. Verify that all "Private" service jobs (bills) meet quality standards prior to wrapping and shipment. Wrap and prepare materials for shipping as needed. Coordinate delivery schedules with the Service and Delivery teams. Generate and distribute weekly production and service progress reports. Maintain organized records of completed and pending work. Collaborate with Supervisors and the Service Team to address issues or prioritize urgent deliveries.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required

Strong organizational and time management skills. Attention to detail and ability to follow up on multiple jobs simultaneously. Solid communication skills and ability to coordinate between departments. Working knowledge of databases or tracking software (experience with Approach and Monday.coman asset). Ability to perform light material handling and wrapping when required. Familiarity with cabinet manufacturing or similar production environments is an asset. Problem-solving mindset with a proactive attitude.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills for interaction with customers and internal teams; bilingualism (English/French) is an advantage.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

Demonstrated problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to resolving issues.

Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.

Salary Range: Hourly between $20.00/hr and $25.00/hr based on experience
