Duties

Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) for tracking inventory and managing stock levels. Assist with shipping and receiving processes, ensuring accurate documentation and timely delivery of goods. Engage in order fulfillment activities, including picking, packing, and preparing orders for shipment. Maintain organization within the warehouse by stocking shelves and managing inventory levels effectively. Perform quality checks on products to ensure they meet company standards before shipment. Use RF scanners for tracking inventory movements and ensuring accurate stock counts. Collaborate with team members to achieve daily operational goals while adhering to safety protocols. Load and unload trucks as needed, ensuring safe handling of all materials.

Qualifications

Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided. Familiarity with shipping & receiving processes is advantageous. Experience with order picking, packing, and fulfillment is a plus. Basic math skills are required for inventory management tasks. Ability to operate pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment safely. Knowledge of MRP systems or AS400 is beneficial but not essential. Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy in all tasks performed. Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated. Must be able to lift heavy items (up to 50 pounds) as part of daily responsibilities.
