Shipping/Receiving Specialist

Key Responsibilities

Receive and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and quality. Accurately pick, pack, and prepare outgoing shipments according to customer requirements. Maintain organized and clean warehouse and storage areas. Use inventory systems to track incoming and outgoing goods. Coordinate with carriers and freight companies for on-time deliveries. Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies. Support inventory management tasks, including cycle counts.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience in shipping/receiving or warehouse operations preferred. Familiarity with inventory software and shipping tools is an asset. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods. Forklift certification is a plus.
