About the Position

Entry-level Warehouse Specialist position in at the Lloydminster Canola Crush & Biodiesel facility. To be responsible for receiving and maintaining inventory in the spare parts warehouse.

Duties and Responsibilities

Maintain a safe and efficient environment for the spare parts warehouse Receive parts upon their arrival Conduct and maintain inventories Write PR's in Coupa Enter receipts in Coupa and Maximo Assist in the development of the spare parts list for various equipment Enter listed parts into Maximo Occasional maintenance clerk duties such as entering work orders into Maximo

Required Skills and Qualifications

Forklift operation skills Computer skills such as Coupa, Maximo, and Microsoft Office suite Candidate must have good communication skills Ability to follow directions Work well with others Be able to take initiative

Education or Work Experience

High school education or equivalent is preferred

Additional Information

Work in accordance with local/provincial legislation Understands and is accountable for full compliance with safety and other EHS requirements All candidates must have authorization and the ability to maintain authorization to legally work in Canada. Relocation support is not available for this position.
