Shipping & Receiving Associate

to join our Logistics Team in London, Ontario.

Reporting to the

Warehouse Manager

, the

Shipping & Receiving Associate

ensures smooth, accurate, and efficient warehouse operations--from receiving inbound shipments to packaging and distributing outgoing orders.

You'll work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment where attention to detail, teamwork, and initiative are highly valued.

Key Responsibilities

Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments Record shortages, damages, and rejected goods Store products in proper warehouse locations Pick, package, and ship outbound orders Operate Counterbalance Forklift and Walkie Rider (pallet jack) Maintain accurate inventory counts and records Keep shipping and receiving areas clean and organized Communicate product or service issues to the team Support production operations when needed

Qualifications

1+ year experience in shipping, receiving, or warehouse operations Valid Forklift License (preferred) Knowledge of major couriers (FedEx, Purolator, UPS, Canada Post) Experience with inventory management systems and Google Workspace Strong attention to detail and accuracy Excellent written and verbal communication skills Able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical warehouse duties WHMIS and Health & Safety training (or willingness to complete)
Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently or in a team
