As we expand, we're looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Shipping & Administrative Coordinator to join our dynamic.

Position Overview



This hybrid role blends logistics coordination with administrative support. You'll be responsible for managing shipments, preparing documentation, supporting office operations, and assisting with financial and HR tasks. Shipping & Logistics Responsibilities



Coordinate and schedule shipments with carriers and internal teams Prepare shipping documents (bills of lading, labels, etc.) Track shipments and provide timely updates to customers Ensure accuracy in shipping details (addresses, weights, product info) Collaborate with warehouse staff to ensure proper packaging and labeling Resolve shipment issues or delivery discrepancies Use group messaging to coordinate delivery times with customers

Administrative & Office Support



Manage office supplies, equipment, and inventory Organize incoming mail, emails, and administrative communications Support documentation, policy updates, and special projects Assist with planning company events and team-building activities Greet visitors and direct inquiries professionally Maintain a clean and organized office environment

HR & Payroll Assistance



Help post job openings and screen candidates Coordinate onboarding and training schedules Maintain employee records and track PTO/sick days Assist with payroll processing, timesheet verification, and commission payments Support salary benchmarking and incident reporting

Customer Service:



Manage and direct incoming calls, emails, and inquiries to the appropriate departments, ensuring prompt follow-up and resolution. Greet visitors and clients warmly, serving as the first point of contact and providing excellent customer service.

Accounts Payable & Receivable



Record customer payments and monitor outstanding invoices Reconcile statements and resolve discrepancies Verify vendor invoices and schedule payments Communicate with vendors to resolve billing issues Prepare aging reports and assist with expense coding

Qualifications



High school diploma required; post-secondary education preferred 2+ years of experience in shipping coordination, administration, or bookkeeping Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Office Suite, Google Docs/Sheets Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), CRM, and payroll software Strong math, organizational, and communication skills Detail-oriented, punctual, and professional Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
Salary from $ 22 per hour. Monday to Saturday, 40 hours per week, Full time, Permanent.

Benefits after 90 days of employment.
