Under the direction of the Logistics Supervisor & General Manger, you will support and assist other members of our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in an office or professional environment and have a willingness to work independently and in a team environment.
What You’ll Do:
Work in a team environment.
Responsible for taking photos and checking truck load paperwork and uploading them into our management software program.
Pull truss, floor, and misc. hangers for upcoming deliveries.
Creating applicable paperwork for deliveries.
Holiday coverage of truss shipping and our reception team members.
Sending product samples to customers via mail and couriers.
Ordering of miscellaneous office supplies as needed.
Taking payments
Preparing engineered trusses and floor system deliveries.
Label making and stock organization.
Assist in Inventory cycle counts.
Maintain a clean and organized working area.
Other duties as assigned.
What You Bring:
Must display and maintain a positive attitude.
Demonstrate data entry, filing and accuracy skills.
Above average computer skills.
Possess a valid Class 5 driver’s license.
BisTrack or similar accounting software experience an asset.
Demonstrate sound mathematical and problem-solving skills.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Good people skills with strong customer service attitude and proper phone etiquette.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Strive toward developing new skills.
Ability to adapt to change.
