About the Role

We're looking for a

mature, motivated, and detail-oriented

individual to join our warehouse and retail team. This position involves shipping/receiving, forklift operation, customer service, and inventory support in a

fast-paced, customer-focused

environment.

Responsibilities

Operate propane-fueled forklift (

valid certification required

) Process shipments, waybills, packing slips, and courier orders Coordinate shipping quotes and carrier pickups Support inventory, warehouse, and retail operations Provide friendly, accurate customer service Receive, weigh and bale bagged wool from various shippers Operate a

hydraulic wool baling machine

(training provided) Handle and maneuver wool bags weighing up to 400 lbs, with the assistance of a forklift when required.

Qualifications

1-2 years' experience in shipping/receiving or warehouse environment High school diploma or equivalent Valid forklift certification Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, shipping/inventory systems) Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Able to frequently lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks during shift Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player
