As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented

Shipper/Receiver

to support our warehouse and inventory operations.

This role is ideal for someone with strong organizational skills who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in accuracy and efficiency.

Duties

Receive incoming shipments, verify contents against packing slips or purchase orders, and inspect for damage or discrepancies Accurately pick, pack, and prepare outgoing shipments to meet customer deadlines Load and unload trucks using forklifts, pallet jacks, or other material-handling equipment Ensure all items are properly labeled, documented, and stored in the correct inventory locations Enter shipping and receiving data into the inventory management system in real time Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records, including item counts, bin locations, and movement logs Conduct regular cycle counts and assist with full physical inventory audits Identify and report inventory discrepancies or damaged goods to supervisors Collaborate with purchasing, production, and customer service teams to ensure inventory availability and accuracy Keep the shipping/receiving and inventory areas clean, organized, and in compliance with safety standards

Qualifications

1+ years of experience in a shipping/receiving or inventory-related role preferred Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping Familiarity with inventory management systems Basic computer skills (Microsoft Excel, Outlook, inventory software) Ability to lift up to [50 lbs / 23 kg] and perform physical warehouse tasks Forklift certification is an asset (or willingness to obtain) Excellent time management and organizational skills Strong communication and teamwork abilities
