Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Shipper/Receiver to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing the shipping and receiving operations, ensuring that all products are accurately processed and delivered in a timely manner. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and reach trucks for loading and unloading shipments. Manage shipping and receiving processes, ensuring accuracy in order fulfillment. Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) for tracking inventory and processing orders. Perform picking & packing duties, ensuring that all items are correctly packaged for shipment. Conduct order picking using RF scanners to ensure accuracy in order fulfillment. Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment while adhering to safety protocols. Collaborate with team members to optimize warehouse distribution efficiency. Assist with inventory management, including stocking shelves and conducting regular stock counts. Utilize MRP systems for tracking inventory levels and managing orders effectively. Ensure compliance with e-commerce standards for packaging and shipping products.

Qualifications

Previous warehouse experience is preferred, particularly in shipping & receiving roles. Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and e-commerce operations is a plus. Proficient in basic math skills for accurate inventory management and order processing. Experience with packaging, order fulfillment, and order picking processes is highly desirable. Ability to operate various warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and reach trucks safely. Strong attention to detail with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team setting. Pay: $18.21-$28.55 per hour
