Job Description

We have built the best dealership, now we are building the best team. The O'Neill Automotive Group is seeking an ambitious and organized individual for Shipper/Receiver in our Parts department at our flagship store in Mount Pearl .

As a Shipper/Receiver you will report directly to the Parts Manager and will assist in all areas including but not limited to:

Determining shipping methods for materials using knowledge of shipping procedures, routes and rates Examine contents and compare with records such as manifests, invoices, and orders to verify accuracy of incoming and outgoing shipments Prepare documents such as bills of lading and shipping orders Correspond with establishment representatives to rectify problems such as damages, shortages and nonconformance to specifications Requisition and store shipping materials and supplies to maintain inventory of stock Restocking of inventory Operate the forklift with proper training and certification Provide coverage to Back Counter Parts desk when required Parts delivery Assist with inventory counts, performing spot checks Other duties as assigned

Requirements and Skills:

Exceptional time management, organizational, verbal and written skills Understand safe working and driving practices Ability to work well with a team and able to follow instructions from Management Prior experience in a dealership setting is considered an asset Must hold a valid driver's license, clean drivers abstract and code of conduct
