Bayview Trucks and Equipment Saint John ( Kenworth OEM ) is currently looking to fill the position of Shipper/Receiver. if your looking for a challenging career in a fast paced environment and have the ability to multi task, we would like to hear from you.Bayview Trucks & Equipment Ltd. is a Full Service, Parts and Sales dealer for Kenworth Trucks and KUBOTA farm and construction equipment, with 5 locations in New Brunswick (Saint John, Fredericton, Moncton, Woodstock & Bathurst) and two in Nova Scotia, New Glasgow and to Dartmouth. as well as 3 TRP aftermarket stores.Duties of the Shipper/Receiver include but are not limited to the timely processing of parts being shipped and received by the Parts Department. Locate parts in proper locations, the housekeeping of the warehouse, shelves and other storage areas. Processing cores, warranty and return parts in a timely and accurate manner.We offer a comprehensive benefits package including:

• Inspect shipments for damage before unloading from carrier Load and Unload freight from Freight carriers as required on daily bases
• Advise Parts Manager of any damage, shortages or other anomalies
• Check-off and verify products in received orderxe2x80x99s
• Receive product into inventory using the Fusion business system
• Ensure that the cost values are correct when receiving product
• Contact customers to advise them their product has arrived
• Email pick tickets to the service department to advise them product has arrived
• Locate stock in allotted bins
• Pick and ship customer orders
• Pick and prepare internal stock transfers
• Prepare warranty products for shipping, including Customs & Brokerage documents and shipping manifests
• Prepare cores for return each month
• Pick and ship monthly Kenworth return
• Ensure that paper work is correctly formatted and sent to Head Office on a timely basis

• Ensure that the snow and ice is removed from around all shipping doors as required
• Perform daily Safety Inspections of fork-lift and complete the Inspection Form Ensure all parts storage areas are kept clean and tidy
• Ensure all shelves in the Showroom are clean, tidy and fully stocked

• Pump DEF in customer units and invoice customer if necessary
• Prepare and ship inter-company mail on a regular basis as scheduled by the Parts Manager
